PCS7 - Incorrect Trend Time

When user open faceplate with Trends tab there is wrong tame on coordinate axis. Displayed time is two hours back. All other times on AS and OS are correct. Time synhronisation and time settings: - AS CP 443-1 Object Properties -> Time-of-day synhronization -> using NTP Mode - OS WinCC Explorer -> Properties -> Parameters Time base for time display in runtime: Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) PLC clock setting: UTC coordinated universall time - OS WinCC Explorer Time synhronization Use time reception service: checked Synhronization via System Bus: Chacked Access point 1: Softnet (1) Selected Master Could any one help me what cause wrong trend time. According to your settings, OS server is a time master (for OS clents?) and the AS station recieves time from NTP server. Is this really so? If you are sure that the time difference is only related to trends (alarms and events is ok?), check “time base” parametre in the WinCCTrendControl properties. The displayed time in the Trendcontrol depends on the setting you have made in the properties of the Trendcontrol in tab "General" for timebase. If the timestamp is send by the PLC a setting in the Computerproperties in the tab "Parameters" is relevant. If you use for "PLC clock setting" the option "Local winter time (all year), you need to make a correction for the normation-dll, see FAQ: "Why are messages displayed in WinCC offset by one hour (plus 1 hour)?" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/7604251 Regards Georg Berghof
