Hi All,

I am facing issue whenever I am trying to compile OS. I am using PCS 7 version 8.2. I have installed it in my VM. After all configuration when I try to compile OS I am getting error attached in screenshot. If anyone has faced the similar issue please help me on this.

Split from SFC Problem in PCS 7 V 7.0.

Here attached with my product installation. Probably you may compare and upgrade necessary version to latest one. For OS compilation, you may look into AS OS Upgrade.

I had the same problem and error message with a side of a second problem. When I started runtime on the server there was following error "Error -321 while opening the SFC databank..". Server's RT starting time was also incredibly slow.

My project wasn't attached to on going production so the solution for me was:

1. Taking back up from the project.

2. going to project root folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Step7\S7Proj\<projname>\<projname>_SER\wincproj\OS\SfcRtBase

3. There should be 3 files, in my case there was only 1 that was way outdated by "date modified"

4. Deleted the possible corrupted file and compiled my entire project so the files would be recreated.
