Can anyone confirm me whether its possible to establish an S7 connection with S7 300 PLC.

Also if yes then how ?

But I got the answer through the manual that its no possible to communicate soft CPU 1507 with S7 300/400 .

okay, I just had a look into the manual, because I didn´t believe that. And there it is:

SIMATIC S7-1500 Software Controller CPU 1505SP (F/T/TF), CPU 1507S (F), CPU 1508S (F) Version 20.8

You can not communicate over S7-Communication.

But there are much more possibilities to communicate. You con communicate over Open User Communication.

 Yes I already mentioned that and about other types of communication, we know that we can do Open user communication but customer wanted to have clarity on S7 Communication so that was solved.
