Hi, Batch talks about parameters but for the automation layer it means setpoints like for an SFC type. A bit confusing because a SFC type also has parameters, but they are instance specific. It is possible to create parameters in the recipe and link them to a setpoint in a phase. For instance, you can go to the phase and for a setpoint create a source or destination. This way, you can send the parameters all the way up to the Recipe Procedure. This is indicated by the smiley icons. You can also send the parameters only to the Recipe Operation. When defined as source, the setpoint will receive a value from the parameter and when set as destination, the setpoint send its value to the parameter. |
