Why BUSY error occurs?

I am testing and it works without any problems for a few days, but accidentally without any change I got an BUSY error .And it does not blink on the CM 1241(led for tx-rx) anymore, although it is sending REQ and I reset the whole MB_MASTER function and on /off enable or req ... , but it does not change, and after stopping and running, it works without any problems for a few days. HW module: plc 1214 and cm 1241 please guide me. thanks

It just means the block is busy and you can´t start an new request. Have a look to this FAQ about error evaluation of systemblocks: How do you evaluate the status of system blocks in STEP 7 (TIA Portal)? Have a look to the help of the block, to see what the status means. hope this helps, regards,
