Simply - we do not know exactly what is coded. There are several problems that can occur. My money is on overlapping memory.

Don't worry there wasn't any emotion in my equation and I understand the logic. I'm just trying to explain without flooding you with information that may not even be relevant.

I tried to look at the memory however, I don't really know how to check overlaps. Is in that tab ?

I change everything with WORD type but I've other errors, probably because I don't have the skills to do it correctly.

We are still not moving forward.

Please reduce your program to a small functional version and add it in a message. Copy to a project only what we need for our discussion. It has be functional else we are chasing ghosts.

I need to see the coding and the hardware configuration. Also investigating the memory structures, timings and security settings. (All of this is explained in the help documentation of the PLC.)

okay... not moving forward at all is perhaps not true. There is one small step further. The resource ID numbers in use is a problem. Each channel that the PLC uses needs to be unique within the PLC. Having x4 '100' is not correct. 
Edit: Untrue. Step7 V13 configures the IDs that way.

Keep in mind also that a PUT on PLC1 does not need a GET on PLC2. PLC2 does not need any program. PUT and GET is a one-sided communication instruction. 
Edit: True statement but the user's program is not a problem.

If you were doing (raw) sockets program, the situation changes. There a sender and receiver code is needed, just like you would in C++/Java/Python/C#...

Use the archive facility to create a ZAP file. Then ZIP that to enable you to attach it here. ...I do hope you are not using Step7 V16 -- then I will not be able to check the project.

I grabbed your program before you removed it from your message. The program was upgraded from V13 SP1/SP2 to V14 where is was simulated.

No problem has been identified.
The simulation works correctly; there is no 1minute delay. 

Following the textbook in a strict way would not change the primary end result. The textbook would have a problem with:

1. A second network has been defined but not used anywhere.
2. The use of BOOL in the any pointer.
3. Triggering the PUT instruction by a time.
4. No proper reporting / storing of possible error states.

Ultimately I cannot see anything that is causing the situation you claim. Perhaps someone else can have a look at it if you share the program again.
