I'm also facing same issue, 

can anyone tell me where I can get procedure to update the Bios of the M3 PG.

I have the bios update file.

I burn the ISO image of the file to a bootable pendrive and cd, but it is not working in either way.

Please guide me how to update the bios of the PG.

actual the latest BIOS update for Field-PG available is V140107. To update your M3 PG to this version, follow these steps:

(assuming, that you already downloaded the latest BIOS update zip-file from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/48791866)

BIOS update process for M3 PG:

...is nearly the same as for IPC 2x7D.

There is a general documentation, how to update the BIOS on simatic IPCs. See SIMATIC IPC – BIOS update. For M3 PG use the instructions for older devices (section 2.2, 2.6 & 3.3) in the referenced document.

For your Field-PG M3 pay attention to the following details.

• Section 2.2
  Press the "F2"-key during startup to enter BIOS menu of Field-PG M3.
  
  
• Section 2.6.1
  If you need to create a bootable USB stick with FreeDOS, please follow the instructions at https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109758232.
  
  

• To copy the BIOS data to your USB device, execute the Program “MakeUSB.exe”. This file will be extracted among other files when you execute the file V140107.exe from your ZIP archive V140107.zip.
  
  

• Section 3.3
  Press "F12"-key during startup and select your usb-stick as boot-device. The BIOS update to version V14.01.07 will perform automatically.

After the BIOS update has finished reboot your Field-PG and start your operating system.

Notes for Intel Management Engine (ME) Update:

(Assuming, that you run Windows 7 operating system)

To perform the ME-Update, first ensure, that the BIOS update succeeded. If your system runs with BIOS V14.01.07 (see section 2.2), then continue the ME-Update in Windows 7.

• First extract the zip-archive of the ME-Update and start the "ME_Update.exe" file from your Windows Explorer.
  
  
• During the Update Process: DO NOT interrupt the process, DO NOT reboot your Field-PG! Wait until the ME update successful finished.
  
  
• If you see the message "Update successful! Please reboot machine." reboot your Field-PG.
