Does that problem had been solved? 

I also have such problem. 

I upgraded program to PLC 1212. It worked less that 5 minutes and went to error. 

I even can not connect to it with TIA Portal v14 (program for this PLC was written in this version).

It seems that controller run in system fault.

Even HMI screen can not connect to PLC.

When I uploaded program to PLC S7-1200 (1212 series), after few minutes (2-3) it goes to fault. Blinks all 3 leds. I can't connect to it in any way with Ethernet wire.

It seems that it in fault. 

I don't have Siemens MS card to reset memory of PLC and I would like to know if it will help. 

I need to connect to PLC and (possibly) to reload program to it.
