I recommend do initial test with some PC MB TCP Client application (not that Schneider if you have), connect to that Schneider unit and try collect data from both Slaves. Save screenshots from cfg and some data exchange (Register set on PC app) to see data are received ok. ZIP them and attach here for investigation. If you'll have all ok then you can do PLC cfg, no other way, this is my every time standard recommendation step prior any PLC programming.

ok, let go to every situation:

1. your L1,L2,L3 phases are from documentation table as 3000,3002 and 3004. Each register is 32Bit Float data type inside Holding Register (FC03) so your destination address for L1 is 40001+3000->43001 so with your buffer defined as Real you can set LEN->2 and read only this Register for test. Do same with next registers similary. You need attach screenshots with your CLIENT block with Online sttaus because it is not clear what settings you've set there. You did some tests with PC application?

be careful because you possibly not handle correctly 2 CLIENT blocks. You need to have first block REQ->FALSE and DISCONNECT->TRUE (but all depends what you really do in code, still no screenshots here) prior change to 2-nd CLIENT block. Next to reading that Voltage. This is looks like some not correct infos then in documentation, as you see also from your attachment. Is your documentation right? Look, your use of MODE 103 with exact register address as in documentation is same as MODE 0 and address 43020 looks like. Is up to you what access you select. From your documenttaion screenshot is no description about your successed register address 3019.

Port 0? What is really set at Servers??? I see many strange cfg on your side...

Local port 502/ You have set Port 502 of your CLIENT PLC???? Port 502 need to be set to only Remote Server ports not PLC. On PLC you need set Port any other than 502, also 0 or 2000 f.ex.

next problem, why you have EN block input with conditions and Clock???? You simnply interrupt functionality of block every clock set time. Not correct cfg absolutelly.
