Hi to all, I need a help to resolve how to auto washing the water tank with the wet cell. After 10-15 days I have always to clean the tank and the wet cell, because the wayer with electorlise become very dark and I lose the HHO gas performance. Now I have to open the wet cell manual valve for exit the all dirty water, refill with clean water and again rewashing and refill again with pure water, then the generator is ready to produce hho gas again. I like to make this 3 step procedure controoled automatically with the Logo! This are the washing step that I like to do with the Logo! 1) On the water tank I have the AI4 KOH sensor, where is detecting the water conductivity. mormally must be around 300ms, but when the water is not clean, will increase the value, over 600/900ms. So, when for example the AI4 detect the value of 800ms, will stopping the HHO gas production, by switching OFF the I13 HHO switch and automatically the Q5 RST power supply turn OFF. 2) Now start the first washing cycle: I have to open the Q18 Cell wash exit valve, the water start to exit, BUT I dont know when the all 150 Liters dirty water are out, bceause the WET Cell is located under the water tank. 3) I will open the Q15 Air Tank Valve, controlled by the Pressure sensor AI1, set to max 200 mBar pressure and turn OFF the valve with continue cycle pumping air. In this way I pump air on tank and help to exit the all water till the Wet Cell. ( normally nned to pump air to max 2-3 second) 4) When the Q15 Air Tank valve work for more than 10 seconds, it mean that the all water from the tank and Wet Cell is out and ready to refill normally water for the washing cycle. 5) Now I have to close the Q18 Cell exit valve and open the Q11 Wash water tank valve, to load all new clean water. I have also to open the Q17 Gas OUT Tank waste to help to exit the air when loading the clean water, or the tank go in pressure. 6) when loading clean water I have to run the Q2 HHO Pump for start circulating the water on the system and cleaning the whole system. It will load around 150 liters water and need around 10 minute, in this time the pump have washing complete the tank and wet cell. 7) when the I10 High Tank Level sensor detect the full tank level water, have to stop to loading water and restart again to waste the dirty water. 8) procedure again as top to purge exit out the all dirty water with pumping air untill the Air Valve is decetded 10 seconds open, mean that all water is exit from the wet cell. 9) now finally the washing cycle is complete, closing the Q18 valve and start to loadind PURE water. 10) we have now to open the Q7 Pure Water Tank valve and the Q17 GAS OUT Tanl waste valve to purge out the air when loading the Pure water and also running the Q2 HHO Pump for the system circulation. 11) when the I10 High Tank Level sesnor detect the tank full, the washing procedure stopping. 12) Now we have again to turn ON the I3 HHO switch and the hho generator return to produce gas again. I have attached one schematic example with my all I/O available, but I'm not able to assembly this 3 washing procedure blocks: 1= exit the all dirty water, 2= load clean water, washing and purge out again, 3= load again PURE water and make the generator restart producing gas again. Someone is able to help me to configure all the blocks? Thanks again!! Domenik AttachmentAuto wash Tank.zip (302 Downloads) |

Yes, correct, range is -1 bar=0 volt, 2 bar=10 volt regards |

Hello Domenik, The pressure transducer is fine. For -1 bar we have zero Vcc. For 2 bar we have 10 Vcc. The software assumes zero Vcc as number zero and 10 Vcc as number 1000. So, -1 bar = zero Vcc = number zero and 2 bar = 10 Vcc = number 1000. You can enter directly in the analog dfferential trigger with the analog transducer input, using measuring range zero and 1000. For Delta we have to do simple relations: Number 1000 = 2 - (-1) bar, so 1000 = 3 bar ou 3000 mbar If we want 200 mbar the Delta must be number 67. Supposing differential of 10% = 7. Possibility for fine adjustment: In the analog dfferential trigger aplly gain 10, measuring range zero and 10000, Delta 667 and differential as 67 (this is according your experience). 10% can be too low or too high. Look attached and let me know. Regards, AttachmentAuto wash Tank V2 08 08 2016.zip (311 Downloads) |
