changing analog value via hmi

In other words is it possible in TIA portal to set a function/button that will change analog output value in logo ? For example operator can change % of valve open via HMI?

Of course, provided that HMI can work with the LOGO! and communicate via Ethernet TCP/IP and the S7 protocol. Or via Modbus TCP/IP. I know how to communicate Logo with HMI but I don't know which function block I should use for communication with TIA portal? Can you please tell me which block should I use in Logo software? I suppose that address of this block will be used for communication with TIA portal and in next step some switch on HMI will change analog value in LOGO via proper addressed block between Logo and TIA.

I suppose that the analog output in Logo analog extention module should be connected to this valve. Where is analog output block in your program Ixo ?
