If you want put here diagnostic buffer of PLC to try find the problem for PLC to go in RUN mode. i think this better then try to find an easier example.

I have done RFID with the following

Siemens RFID + S7 400
Balogh RFID with AB ControlLogix

both programs were pretty complicated. I think this is the nature of programing with RFID. It may be a good idea to spend some time and analyze Siemens code as it may be better that doing it from scratch.

In variable table SET_CON_Settings(1)you can change or put? IP address and port Nr. of RF660R. Part 2 of manual said:

"" 2.2 Parameterization SIMATIC RF660R read/write device
A PG/PC with respective configuration software is required, which is contained in the
MOBY product CD and is included in the SIMATIC RF660R read/write device.
If a HUB or a Switch is used during networking, then the respective configuration
computer can be additionally connected (see Figure 2-1).
However, either a (logic) connection can be established for the configuration or a
productive connection exists from the SIMATIC controller to the SIMATIC RF660R
read/write device. .." and down:

The following values must be entered:
− IP address of the SIMATIC RF660R read/write device (assigned as during
its configuration).
− Port number of the SIMATIC RF660R read/write device (assigned as
during its configuration).
For a faster input of the values, the variable table (VAT) - SET_CON_Settings(1) existing in the Step7 project can be used.

Before this, you must have of course phisically connection between PLC and RF660R.
