Heatpump PI controller problem

I will certainly be adopting that if you don't mind.I have been to that siemens website before butI havehad no luck with regards to solving this problem. Ok, so tonight I created a new program (Attached) which alws me to view the time and gain values on the PI controllers. So I decided to firstly do a simulation, which worked, and then run the same program asan online test, which donce again didn't work, as the PI output value stayed at 0.. I am completly baffled, as I have now also checked the PIproperties in real time. I have attached the program that was run in both simulation and online tests, and also I have attached the two screen shots showing my problem. Any ideas on this mystery? Newbeee Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi all, Just to let you know I fixed the problem,and it must be a software fault, as the PI will only respond to a single direct analogue input. So I just used an analogue math operator to calculate the setpoint in relation to the input temperature. Cheers Adam
