Hi Mark, The setting for non-unicode programs was in Russian. The project was created in an earlier version, but not sure witch. The letters looks good in the "Textlibrary". Messages are ok too. Only on the face plates the block comments are giving the "????" question marks instead cyrillic text. But some text are also good on faceplates, see picture "winccRT.." When i change the text in textlibrary the "normal" letters showing good. see on picture "textlib" AttachmentRTPic.zip (461 Downloads) |

Hello Gergely, The information that the project was created on an earlier version was very importand... I think now your problem is related to my problem from the past to wich you were refering below...
I guess you would have the same problem with the user rights....After my problem was solved in that time, I posted the solution in that thread. For any reason it disapeared (maybe Siemens deleted it because I was reporting about a bug???). Unfortunately I can't remember exactly the setting to be used, but I'm convinced with a few tries we can solve your issue. Maybe you create a backup of your project and if our first try didn't solve your problem, you go back to that backup.
Try this and report again... Best regards... |

Hello Gergely, if the first setting "Pictures and faceplates" solved your problem, I think it's enough to use this setting only....After thinking about a litle bit, I guess the setting "C and VB standard functions" don't need to be used, because this functions should be ok as they come with the current installation. For "C and VB project functions and actions" it depends if there are any project functions wich work with texts. I don't really know what else this converting is doing, but with my troubleshooting in my old case it came out that this converting is changing a setting (see screenshot) for C-functions wich seems to be necessary since WinCC 7.2 and when working with non-western-european font.
