hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 6852 Rating: (1365)	edwin saputra this snapshot As far as I know, if you purchased the right product and in case correct USB stcik to transfer it to you computer's drive there should be a license with same Lic NO. printed on it.If it is not your case, perhaps , the product you have purchased is not a complete package!

Please check that you recieved with package a USB stick printed on it the licence key seial and it's the same serial printed on the hardcopy paper license.

If not, Check the World Wide Contacts HERE Hello, And even if you didn't bought the package from Siemens office, as you may bought from a system integrator or solution partner, you can contact Siemens from this link: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=772175&caller=view I have tried to recover deffected liceses from by contacting Siemens from this link twice. I never faced your case of license loss. So, please feedback us. hope this helps.

And when contacted the Siemens support with the respective Certificate, they provided us with a license. Infact siemens are just wonderfull at supporting. You may do the same with no worries if the license was not realy present in it.
