You should contact the customer support for your behaviour. ---> customer support The customer support can check your project intenselywhether the project is ok. Tweety

I ask this because I have the same problem, but unfortunately I do not have the original software. So I must make a backup, and restore with prosave. I tryed with prosave 7.4 and they said: "Backup version does not match the connected operating unit" thanx... :-/ After then I try make a backup and restore with Prosave V1.1, and they said: "Error: the backup file ist from a newer loader version, cannot supply conversion" Can you solved the problem? Or Anybody find a solution for this problem? Thank you very much Zenta

Although the order number of the same, but the hardware is different, so I can not use the prosave to save and restore option in the panel :-( and they said I need the source code.... wow... I didn't know this information before... very usefull advice... I have only one question more.... why said the siemens: "use the prosave, if you need restore a panel......." Okay I understand the first panel is older than the another... but I think this is the normaly way.... the OP working good for 10 years long.... after then the panel brake down, I buy a new one, I make the restore procedure, and then everybody are happy... but in the future, when I make a projekt with MP277 I must buy 2 panel in the same time? maybe the panel goes to wrong in the future? (ok I know in this case I have source code) just I'm a little bit angry.... sorry................
