I have made my own yard sprinkler system using OBA8 and TDE screen. LOGO is controlling 6 solenoid valves in sequences, each valve is open for 10 minutes after it closes and new valve opens for another 10 minutes, etc.

I am using RS relay witch I am controlling using F1 and F2 buttons on TDE, F1 set and F2 reset. What I would like to happens is when all timers finish counting to automatically reset RS relay so I don't have to press F2 first before I want too sue sprinkler again.

I am using On Delay timer for each zone so I have totally 6 timers just for this plus some more for other functions.

I am using LAD diagram while programing.

Thanks for quick reply. I am totally opposite, I cannot do much in FBD. I have attached my program so you can check it. I have remaining time on display for each zone as well as system pressure, I have 4-20 mA analog input from pressure transmitter and all that works but as I said I would like it to reset once all timers count out and so far I was unable to make it happen.

I will try with memory bit and let you know.

I made it as per your previous example and everything works perfect. Thanks a lot. I have few more questions and I hope you can help, as I said I have pressure transmitter connected and I am reading pressure in system on TDE but I was unable to use pressure value to control pump, at the moment I am using electronic pressure switch which is just on / off. What I would like to do is to use pressure transducer to control pump via LOGO relay output to VFD, for example Q11 to be 1 when pressure is below 3.8 BAR and Q11 to be 0 when pressure reaches 5.8 BAR. How this would be done?

Another question is if there is possibility to set desired sprinkling time via TDE? for example sometimes I would like sprinklers to run 15 minutes each instead of 10 or something like that, would this be possible with LOGO or not?

Quick update, I managed to control output to VFD by pressure transmitter input and now Q11 is 1 when pressure drops below 3.8 bar and Q11 is 0 when pressure reaches 5.8 bar. If you get chance have a look. Now, remains question about setting time by logo TDE.

I urge you to re-evaluate your position. Please accept there is a very good reason why our expert uses FBD. I also retrain my students to use FBD for the LOGO and not the LAD taught in college.

LAD for the LOGO contains flaws and does not code too well. Siemens included it to create the impression that they compete with other brands when it comes to LAD code for such devices.

Yes it is a pain to change ones approach but it will be for the best in the long run.

My intention was not to make you to start using LAD, it is personal preference like everything else. I just asked for some help as I thought this is the place for that. Will figure it out soon or later.

I now regret writing my previous post. My notes was meant as "watch out!" and not "we are better than you".

Know the LOGO has buggy behaviour when it comes to LAD. This forum got examples of coils being coded and not executing, for example. If your preference is with LAD, best to get a ZEN or ZELIO.. my preference with the ZELIO.

To show good faith, please see the attachment to a possible idea for the issue you mention (as I understand it).

The GERMAN language forum is VERY active when it comes to the LOGO. You are also more than welcome to word a German topic there. (no sarcasm intended)
