Hi all I know this question has been askes many times. But it seems non of the solutions are able to fix this problem in my project. This project is for a 'servant' which moves along with the worker on the production line. SO the main goal is to make the motor rotate left or right at different speeds. The speeds should be set on the HMI under the screen 'MOTOR DRIVER' (the two top IO-fields). The problem is. When the production stops and the devices are shut off, the values are lost and the techniciens should go to every 'servant' to set the values. Of course we don't want this. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? LOGO!Soft program and Tia-file is in the attachment. Thanks in advance! AttachmentProgram.zip (605 Downloads) |

The second LOGO in my logosoft file was not supposed to be there :). I tried to implement the solution you gave me, yet when the LOGO loses power, the values are still 0. Did I implement it wrong? The Tia file appears to be too large. But it's just a screen with 3 io-fields containing the HMI-tags with the adresses VW 5, VW 7 and VW11. Thanks! AttachmentProgram.zip (715 Downloads) |
