AutoGen_823003 Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	WinCC Experts, SW: WinCC Professional v14 sp1 up4 In some cases the WinCC seems to be busy with script/task/plc tag read or write/ so it stops responding or what is more it behaves as there was no connection with plc (exlamation marks on elements). After couple of seconds (10-30sec) it starts working normal. Scripts are in VB Can You help me how to debug the WinCC? How can I check what task it is busy with? AutoGen_823003 Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	If RT is turned off, the program cycle ~ 20-40ms, after starting RT the program cycle increases to 150-250ms. Currently 'Cycle load due to communication' = 35%, if the 50% - PLC stops PLC ( watchdog > 350 ms), if is 15% RT loses communication with PLC (PLC breaks communication, Diagnostic: Security information: System cooled session termination) Where to look why communication take so much time? If the scripts are bad or amount of other tags.

All of them are connected to different WinCC V7.x SCADA systems. I cannot figure out why I keep getting these errors. I tried upgrading firmware on PLC's to latest version, messing around with industrial network switch settings. All without effort. Can someone explain what the root cause of this error is? I'm having the same problem between a WinCC 7.5 Update 4 and a S7-1513 PN v2.6 It's a system with 2 clonic control systems (2 HMI each running in a different (but also clonic) PC and 2 1513 PN PLCs each one linked to one of the WinCC7.5upd4 HMI via 1200-1500 driver), and one of then does not have this problem, is working fine. Both are running the same program (with minor communication diferences regarding each other vigilance) and both PLCs have clock cycles below 60ms. . Any ideas, please?. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 11/8/2024 Posts: 14127 Rating: (1769)	Hello Simousss85 The Error means that the HMI has terminated the connection (not the PLC) -> If you cannot get the connection work at all then an issue could be this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109803668 If the connection works and randomly disconnects with this error then it could also be that the Panel is in an overload and cannot handle the communication again... -> Does it work after a reboot? which Image Version do you use on the Panel? FW version of the PLC? TIA Version ? Bye Murof

Security information: System initiated session termination SessionID 0-32828 PLC_1 Client IPAddr: 192.168.0.6 My client was HMI. I had to set the time and date manually on HMI, and then also set time and date on PLC because it was different on both. Then connection started to work and the error has been fixed.
