Error during processing cycle interrupt (PAS7 Block, output error)

Hello, I have some troubles with cycle interrupt communication between CPU and FM458. I use the block PAS7 to start the execution of OB40 into PLC. When we used PCS7, the program runs correctly without any problem (4 or 5 project actually running) For another application, we use S7 PRO 2006, with the same program (only input and output changed), sometimes we get an error at the output of block PAS7...We checked many many things without result. The only difference that we foundis the process image assignement. By fault, the FM458 assigned interrupt OB in process image OB1 PI. The problem is that this type of process image is only available with PCS7 ! In S7, you cannot configured this Process image (only PIP1 or PIP2 or.....) Can this discordance be the problem or not ??? Hello, maybe you put the FM outside the process image. Please try to use the standard address 512 for the FM. |
