Is there any troubleshooting procedures for these 6RB 2012-2EA00?

 Is there any troubleshooting procedures for these 6RB 2012-2EA00? 

I have  the following lights on

Control Board

Red V318

Power supply board

Red V156

Yellow V101

Green V155

I received the attachment from Siemens support and added my findings in Red letters. This seems to tell me that the control boards are good, is this correct, or do I need further investigation? This is on an old Hardinge Lathe. The lathe is mostly controlled by Fanuc 10TF controls but uses Siemens controls for the 2 axis apron drives.
