Problem with 1FT7105

 Hello,

Have you found something, I have a similar problem with a motor 1FT7105. The problem appear after a power cycle and the only solution we found was to do a power cycle again....

Hello,

We have a 1PH8107 motor connected to a 828D Controller that is intermittently giving the 31129 Error.

If the motor runs fine the first time, then it continues to run till power cycled when sometimes it comes as soon as the motor is started.

We have interchanged the encoder cable with an axis encoder cable and the problem persists.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Also, how do we access the encoder coupling? Is there a drawing/manual showing this?

@leandro_lima - How did you reduce the motor reference speed?
