Hello stefanigno, Without further details of parameterization, wiring and motor data I can't tell you what goes wrong here. But here some hints you can check to find the reason: First of all make sure contactor control QE1 /QE 2 (depends on control function) is assigned at the parameterization to the correct outputs which you have wired to the contactor (see Outputs>Basic Unit or Digital Module). And of course you have to supply these relay outputs. The parameterized "Feedback ON" signal needs to get TRUE within the configured "Execution time". You find these parameters at "Motor Control>Control functions". To deactivate this monitoring for testing purpose you can set the "Execution time" to 0. "Feedback time" is used to fade out short interruptions of the Feedback ON signal and could be also set to 0 to deactivate this monitoring. (of course finally these monitorings should be active for operation). When you use "motor current flowing" for Feedback ON you should know that this will get TRUE in case of at least 12% of Is current flowing. So with a small testing load you could get into this fault situation because of missing current flowing. To have a control function test with current-based Feedback ON but without connected motor you can use TPF feature of SIMOCODE pro: SIMOCODE pro Tutorial - How to check control without load or power? (TPF Test Position) To have a closer look on the issue I would recommend to get in contact with the Siemens support. Please provide parameterization file / TIA project, wiring diagram and rated motor current information to them. Best Regards |
