PLC memory structure

Hi all

I have some apprentices starting with me soon and would like to give them a good grounding in PLC's. When I learnt I remember seeing a diagram (old S5) of how a PLC scans through inputs, memory areas, outputs etc. Does anyone know of a good source for one of these for S7-300 and 400's (although suspect these are the same)?

How can you obtain an overview of the memory concept of SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs and C7 devices?
