Can somebody help me to estimate SIL level for this electrical design (from hardware point of view). What is the max SIL we can reach with this design? I know that from Emergency stop point of view (as sensor) it is SIL3, but from actuator point of view? There is an safety relay which is activated by failsafe digital output and feedback from relay is connected to failsafe digital input. In coil loop for main contactor is used auxiliary contact from safety relay.
