Are you are replacing this 1:1 L&B encoder right? you can make marking of defective encoder before removing and replace with the new one and adjust position manually and see any alarms are there in screen.

Thanks for the tips. We are also inclined that the problem is with the encoder. Are there any recommendations for setting the sensor itself? What are the gaps? Maybe there is a guide to install and test it for performance?
