Dear gendy, Here is a link to Catalog ST80: http://www.automation.siemens.com/salesmaterial-as/catalog/en/st80_e.pdf you can choose a panel to communicate with S7-300 using MPI or Profibus (both RS485) Example: TP177A (but the choice depends on what you want ) When you use a non-siemens panel, you need driver to communicate with S7-300. Hello gendy, It is not possible someone to show you all panel's brands that support Profibus. And you are right, all of then use external Profibus card. And this cards is made by the same company. This is normal, becouse PROFIBUS (Process Field Bus) is a standard for field bus communication in automation technology. In this way manufactories made their panel more "flexible" and useful with more possibilities. About brands, I suggest you try to search in google for it. I found this ones: - EXTER; - Telemecanique Magelis XBT GT; Best regards Hristo Mihalev |
