I have checked the datasheet but couldnt find the exact information about relay or transistor type.

Hi sudiptofreek,

if not explicitly described, the outputs are always transistor outputs. Output modules with relays outputs usually contains "Relay" or "Rly" in name. You can find the list of S7-300 relay output modules at the manual.
