Analog Inputs 4 wire transmitter

Joanna.S Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Good morning! I am using 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 Analog Input module. I need 5 Analog Inputs 4..20mA (4 wires "C" cofiguration). Should I do anything the unused, but configured input from the last channel? With "D" configuration, there would be resistor needed, in order to keep diagnostics. Thank you a lot Joanna

Online Tech Platinum Member Joined: 3/28/2015 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 727 Rating: (214)	Hello, 1-In the H.W configuration of Step7,Deactivate the unused group. 2-If one input of the group is not used,you can Deactivate the Group diagnostics for this group or connect a resistor (1.5K to 3K ohm) between the unused input terminals.
