Insert MMC 6ES7 952-1KL00-0AA0 in PG, but dont have active menu "PLC/Update Operating System" (not clickable). What is a problem?

was it possible to execute the step "Delete the memory card with "File /S7 Memory Card/Delete " in the SIMATIC Manager." in beforehand?
If not, maybe the Memory Card could not be detected correctly.

Furthermore, which version of SIMATIC Manager (base version + servicepack= + hotfix?) is used?
