I have connexion probleme with the GSM network. The Configuration was made with number of the SIM card, the number of messagerie "Free" (it's in France)

The APN is put in personalizd

On the screenshot, it's the fault.

Do you have a solution ?

I have a :

CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC : 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0 Ver. V 4.5.1

CP 1242-7 GPRS V2 : 6GK7 242-7KX31-0XE0 Ver. V 3.2.24

on TIA Portal Version V17 Update 3

Split from CP 1242-7 V2 - missing sim?.

Unless someone just happens to *know* the answer to your specific problem very quickly, I recommend submitting a Support Request with Siemens using the link above these online forums (Support Request -> Create new request).

They may recommend getting datasheets for every module mentioned in your original post and compare what Portal version is required.

You may have to downgrade firmware on something to make them work.  You may have to upgrade your portal version.  Or some combination.

Search this support site and these forums for FAQs and topics posted with your GPRS module's part #.
