Communication error between CPU1214 and HMI TP700

oep88 Member Joined: 2/4/2021 Last visit: 9/25/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear All I have a problem with communication between CPU1214 (6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0) FW4.6 and HMI TP700 (6AV2 124-0GC01-0AX0) FW 17 with Tia portal v19. The PLC program is running without error and the hmi same,with plc online i simulate the hmi but also there are no comunication but i don't know if this matter is possible to work witrh real plc and hmi simulation.... With two device simulating from PLC Sim the comunication is working. I check all parameters from conection but does not work. i would like to know if there are some incompatibility for this devices and version because i see in some post from this forum someone has a similar problem and was install the TPv17. This project was developed from Tia portal v15 and ugrade two device because 1214 with fw4.0 just have 100kb and with new FW4.6 is 150kb. The image from HMI was downloaded from siemens portal but just the version 17 and was a problem to download the project because i had the image in desktop and not in siemens folder, i don't know if this for reason or need install the image cd with all imagen version. All possible solutions will be welcome Thanks in advances!

If you still have troubel with simulating only HMI and communicate to real PLC then check if you have set the PGPC Interface correctly: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/109748099 Bye Murof
