Hi everyone,

I have a project connected to a Siemens S7-1500 PLC. Everything was functioning properly until I made some recent changes. Now, some tags are displaying a config error,although many other tags are still reading fine. I’m certain the configuration was correct before these changes.

One specific issue I noticed is that I can no longer read any Booleans from DB60. I tried disabling and re-enabling the PLC connection, but this did not resolve the issue. In addition, when accessing the interface, I occasionally encounter a blank screen that either freezes the session or requires a complete restart.

I’m using Ignition version 7.6.7for SCADA, and I’m wondering if this could be related to the tag errors or connection issues. Could the white background  screen issue indicate a deeper problem with communication between the PLC and Ignition, or perhaps a glitch within the HMI setup?

Any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot both the config error and the white blank screen problem?
