FOR MICROWIN S7-200 SMART CPU FIRMWARE V02.08. WHICH SOFTWARE VERSION IS APPLICABLE?

WE HAVE USED MICRO S7200 SMART V2.6 AND FOUND THAT PROGRAM BLOCK AND DATA BLOCK ARE DOWN LOADED SUCCESSFULLY BUT NOT SYSTEM BLOCK. IT "GENERATE UNSPECIFIED ERROR". 

ON PLC INFORMATION, WE FOUND NO ERROR.

ON COMPARING PROGRAMM BLOCK AND DATA BLOCK ARE PASSED, BUT FOR SELECTION OF SYSTEM BLOCK, "IMPROPER AUGMENT ENCOUNTERED" ERROR IS DISPLAYED.

ALSO EXPANSION MODULE SHOW NO ERROR EXCEPT GREEN LED BLINKING.

IT IS HAPPENING WITH TWO CPU.

OUR LAPTOP IS USING WINDOW 7 SP1.

REQUEST TO KNOW WHAT VERSION PROGRAMMIMG SOFTWARE IS TO BE USED 

OR FIRMWARE NEEDS UDATING

OR REQUEST TO PROVIDE SOLUTION

Stefan Arcularius has already explained that the S7-200 Smart (and the Microwin Smart software) are limited to the Chinese and Indian markets, and the volunteers in this forum have little documentaion and experience with these PLCs.

Support for the S7-200 Smart family of CPUs is provided by Siemens India. If you want to contact them to ask for help with firmware versions, have a look at the introduction page for the S7-200 Smart family from Siemens Global:
