Hello, Can't check if your program will work(do not have a cementmixer here), but a few things that i would change. The scale functions: why call them with the M-bits? they can be active all the time to Always have a reading at display or HMI, so call them with SM0.0. Same thing for the calculations in the agregats SBR. If you need a report off one batch, load 0 the at start off the proces and show the values all the time. Can you tell us what exactly the problem is you have with the Skip networks? Regards, Marcjan |

thank you Marcjan OK for functions scales and calculations in the SBR aggregates. 1) Regarding the skip that carries aggregate to the mixer, - It must go - Pouring the aggregates - And then back down I do not know if I set the motor (2-direction) correctly. 2) Assuming that for a cycle, there are 1m3 is produced and I have to produce 15m3, how to do this? thank you |
