Hello  Everyone,

I am trying to open the step 7 backup. After opening, it does not show anything in tree view.

There are 2 programs. One backup size is   6.56mb and second one has size 1.57 mb

I have Step 5.6 SP1. 

I have attached screenshots and the backup for reference.

Please suggest if the backup is wrong here or I am missing something here.

Is the backup correct or it is corrupt? 

I can open other backups..FYI..
