Datablocks do remain their values during power off, but is it normal that datablocks lose their values while CPU is replased with newer one? It went like this: 1 I switched the power off from the CPU (315-2DP 2AG10 v2.0.8) and removed it 2 I changed MMC from old to new CPU 3 I installed new CPU (315-2DP 2AG10 v2.0.11) and power ON After the CPU start-up, datablocks had lost their values, normal behavior?

Laloesco Posts: 33 Rating: (5)	Hi Mika, DBs have an initial value and actual value, once you create a DB the actual value is the same than initial value, changes of values made by the program or hmi are stored like actual values. The CPU 315 you are using keep the values afterpover off, but if you replace the cpu, the values stored en the mmc are those which you download the first time greetings

With that function are the values that you lose now in the MMC (is Load Memory). I have made a FC that also do this for recepy, there are also unlinked datablocks in the Load Memory used so that you for example may use 50 recipes whereby only for 1 receipe the data is in Work Memory.
