swap Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear Friend I have cpu s7-315 (6ES7315-1AF03-0AB0) which is phaseout from the siemens in 2003. I want to purchase the memory card compatible with this old cpu. I didnt find the technical information about the memory card. I want the technical information, picture, order no. and serial no. of the memory card. so that it will be easy for me to order the required memory card. Awaiting for the reply
