KDee Joined: 7/1/2021 Last visit: 11/8/2024 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I need some help guys, I'm using S7-1200 PLC with Zebra zt230 with Profinet communication, I use T_Send to send the information. Plc says the connection is alright because I'm getting (7004) on the status output, but it said there is no data send. At the moment im sending CHAR. What do i need to set to achieve this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Connect Zebra printer with s7 1200.

To work with Printer it should be connected as ZPL Mode As a example you can use following string code. '^XA^A0N,50,50^FO50,50^FDHello World^FS^XZ' Connect parameter also attached Attachment Connection.png (686 Downloads)

Via TCP protocol you can use TSEND/TRCV or equivalent _C blocks. I recommend some Zebra PC SW what is available and there you can easy prepare defined sequences and then test them from PC and as next PLC easy implementation.
