Hello everyone!!

I would like downloading my program into a S7-1200 plc, but i am getting this error

Before that, I added a memory card with a higher capacity for my program. During the procedure, i did aMRES(memory reset) from tia portal. and since then, when i try downloading a program into my S71200 plc, i get this error.

I readed there [https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/loading-the-hardware-configuration-faild-0050-133-2-2458/110556/?page=0&pageSize=10#post939653] that i could format my memory card. I am confused because  i also readed this in the S71200 manual :

Could somebody help me?

hi,

you can format the memcard directly from the PLC.

open online&Diagnostic of the PLC -> Functions -> format memory Card

you should check also diagnostic buffer if some error reported for the download.

 I had same issue, formatting Memory card worked for me ( as usual) thanks MR. CrhistophD....
