FM 458 and WinCC Communication

bigbang Experienced Member Joined: 9/16/2008 Last visit: 9/7/2025 Posts: 56 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm using CPU 416-3 DP with FM 458 (6DD1607-0AA2). I've imported a Win CC Project into the Simatic Manager. From simatic manager, I have enabled the S7_m_c properties where required and get the tag generated in WinCC after compilation. However when I select the block in CFC and select OCM Possible and selct the IOs for which tag is required but I'm not getting the tags. What is the way to do this i.e. generating tags in WinCC from FM 458? I need help. Regards

Niranjan Prasad Posts: 691 Rating: (37)	For creating the Tags in WinCC you have to add S7_m_c Attributes in the Declaration Window of the selected Block i.e. FM458 Standard Block and then save it and compile the OS

After compilation address book will be created in the prolect directory \ES_LOC\1\gen\'rack_name'.adr. In this file you will see that IOswhich you have selected for OCM. After that you must manually create tags in WinCC as shown in attached picture. Attachment image.jpg (519 Downloads)
