I am experiencing an issue with theProgram_Alarmfunction on SINUMERIK. Despite configuring the alarm properties, including the text, the alarm is triggered but the text does not appear. This behavior does not meet my expectations as described in the "SINUMERIK ONE Alarm Configuration Manual" (Document ID: A5E53376656B, 01/2024).

Instead of the configured text, I see<no text available>displayed.

Problem Details:

• Objective: Display a custom alarm message configured in theProgram_Alarmfunction on the SINUMERIK alarm screen.
• Current Behavior:
  • The alarm is triggered successfully, but the text configured in the properties does not appear in the alarm list.
• Configuration Steps Taken:
  • The alarm was configured in TIA Portal using theProgram_Alarminstruction.
  • The text was defined directly in the alarm properties.
  • The alarm ID and associated values are displayed correctly, but the message text is missing.

System Details:

• SINUMERIK Model: SINUMERIK ONE
• CNC Software Version: V6.21
• Configuration Tool: TIA Portal V18
