the user nulizhang tries to say with the tip topic that if you create a topic, please post all relevant information about your question, e.g.:

• post the order number of the hardware
• used software
• tell something about what you did before you received the error or similar
• tell what the goal is
• tell what you have already tried to fix the error yourself
• etc..

If you don't want to type all that in the topic.. then the topic creator should please take a screenshot and add it as an attachment when creating a topic, so that the helping volunteers no longer have to waste a lot of time in their free time just because they want to help.

Almost 6 years ago, I post in this forum a topped tip--" New users Please post at least ONE picture" --

in SINUMERIK and SIMODRIVE branches where I have been until now a volunteer questions answer person to help people

BUT now I want to suggest again ---ALL members Please Post at least one picture together with your question. Not only for new users but also for advanced members. recently--I wrote answer for 2 of advanced members--I said "I AM very disappoint for YOU"  --they made question without pictures--for answer them, I need to search, guess alarm text , CNC system type

The picture can be screen shot with Alarm number and text such as   "25201 Axis %1 drive fault"

It can be Siemens hardware parts# " 6SN1118-0DM33-0AA1" --611D control card

If you have NC or PLC program issue, post picture of the program. so you post at least one picture which you think can support you question  

You move your finger tips which will help us to understand better for your issues --and you will get faster and accurate answer.

So Please post picture--I will give the priority chances to answer the question with picture(s)

but we also try to do the same but now a days comapny start to prohibited to take picture & share it this is my issue don;t know about others but in my company not allowed any camerphomne in comapny premises & not take any snap shorts so, in this situation we are not able tob upload the pictures

A reasonable customer knows your company does not have all the answers. You are in trouble when they insist you be the know-all service provider.

There is always the possibility to get consent from the "man in charge". Normally the factory manager, sometimes the CEO. It is in their right to insist that they see what you have taken pictures of before you can leave -- if they give permission. 

The alternative is you get an expert representative from Siemens to come have a look. That may include travel and accommodation costs. Customers do not want to hear that.

If all else fails.. make very many notes on what you see. But realize because of customization nature of these systems the chances of getting successful free advise becomes small.
