Hello,

I received a finished PLC project that was done a while ago to make some changes in the logic. HW and SW rebuild all works without problems (there are some minor warnings). 

The project uses SiVarc. When trying to generate or clear SiVarc immediately TIA portal crashes. I have installed the latest Update for WinCC v17 (Update 6) but that didn't help.

Details about the crash and the installed software are shown in the attached file. SiVarc generation works without problems on other projects, so the problem is strictly related to this particular PLC project.

I have also tried to repair and reinstall SiVarc, but that didn't help. Most probably I will open service request, but before, I post here, perhaps someone has an idea what to try more.

1- Attach a screenshot of the exact Windows version to verify compatibility.

2- Does this happen with all projects or with a specific one? I recommend you to test

If it is a problem of a single project and the compatibility is correct, I would recommend you to open a Support Request, so that Siemens checks the project, it is possible that it should be repaired or check in depth the log of your Crash.

Yes, other projects work without any problems. So far, the problem is really specific to this particular TIA project.

The build you have indicated is Windows Pro 22H2, so there are no compatibility problems, in the forum we can not help you, so I recommend you to open a Support Request for Siemens to evaluate the log and the project.

Hi Murof i tried to delete the IM folder but still my TIA V19 Update 2 is crashed.
