The one you require to  add -I think call "NC Keyboard " --as 840D HMI CPU is similar as normal PC, running under windows system, I think it is possible to add a keyboard to the screen  

I just trying to add on-screen-key board to my PC, see the picture. But you need think about the keyboard not affect you to see the display. you can try it under Windows setting , if you are not confidence to do so (you have risk to disturb your HMI),  Suggest you to contact machine builder

remember the NC keyboard is 99% PC key board. Don't dough the function for that 'PC Keyboard"

I have a machine that has a touch screen HMI as well as a physical keyboard. In Screenshot 1, that is what the touch screen HMI displays. I would like to be able to have the HMI display like shown in screenshot 2 to eliminate the physical keyboard.  This Forumn won't let me attach the screenshots but essentially one has the keyboard with AUTO JOG, speeds and feeds on the HMI and the other does not.  I want to add the keyboard to the touch screen HMI if possible.

 I changed your topic title and answer you how you can do it. you need try to do by yourself.

 I checked your pictures again #1 is nothing of keyboard --the menus one the bottom and vertical on the right --call soft-keys. #2--on the bottom is MCP, I don't know what are you talking about? 

if you have some question , you need highlight the question position

BTW, even my picture is not full function you want, but did you try to make it on your screen? please answer me Yes or No. You know we are doing remote helping. the more info you provide the easier to get help fast and accuracy

The windows on screen NC keyboard you're referring to doesn't have the dials for feeds and speeds or the auto, jog, etc. functions I'm looking to have on the touch screen.  Screenshot 1 is what the Machine Control Panel displays now.  Screenshot 2 is what I need the Machine Control Panel to display.
