X1, x2 and synchronise them?

Hi, nulizhang thank you for the file. 

I already tried to have a specialist to come from the machine company but they are taking so long so im trying to get help here, 

My alarms now are 

10520    X drive fault

- 300608  X  A1  speed controller against stop

And sometimes :

- 10520    X drive fault

- 300607  axis x drive 1 current controller at limit 

All these alarms are showing after trying to jog the X axis, The axis move for less then 1mm the alarms shows and the value for the x1, x2 position are not the same. 

So i think that 1rst i need to do a proper x referencing and synchronisation. 

We get to this point after doing an nc/plc backup after a sudden loss of data in the machine 

Hi nulizhang, yes sorry the problem wasn't about synchronisation, a technician told us that it could be cuz of tightness in the gantry if the slave motor is not following the master.

Please check the picture attached of the errors showing for x axis

Anyway we had a technician in the shop yesterday  he checked the connections of the cable, resistance in the drive was good

Since the error was showing only for the x1 axis he flipped the cables between x1, x2 motors and the error still on the x1

And when we try to jog the x axis and it crushed we noticed that x1 moved about 0.3mm and the x2 moved 1.2 

So it looks like the mouvement of the x1 is less then the other but the md's values of the two are the same. 

Note test with the two motors removed from the gantry was done also to insure that there's is no mechanical tightness for the faulty axis

I already ordered a drive card

Im waiting for it, but I've read that there some people who are facing the same issue who have purchased a new drive and the error kept showing. 

Unfortunately when they fix there problems they don't share the solution or they delete the account.

Im sharing after solving the problem i was facing, it might be helpful for someone 

While i was waiting for the drive that i bought to arrive, i thought why not open the my faulty drive to see if there's any sign of burned or exploded component, well i opened it everything looked fine, so i hit the board with electronic contacts cleaner and clean dry air also hit the igbt outputs with sandpaper, i put everything back and guess what i brought a drive for nothings, everything worked fine and the problems and the 3 errors gone!!
