Created a New project, in the structure created P&ID. But if open to design in P&ID showing an error. 

Datasheets & Lists of Equipment is also not displayed.

Dear Dinesh,

my very first idea would be to do what the error message/warning box has requested: to check application entry of report template. There seems to be something wrong... the type of report?

I do guess that those errors comes up only for this report, cannot be rebuild in the standard-DB.
