Dear Sir,
When start a fan motor in 2~3second the frequency shown F0023 and motor stop.
I have checked the motor & cable is ok.
Tried doing quick commissioning still the same no improve.
Tried set the motor identification by setting the P1910=1 still same problem.

Hope anybody could advise what else I should check to resolve the problem.
Note that this fan motor and frequency MM430have operated for 3 years no problem.

- is motID done well? If not do it manualy.(Yes, have done the quick commissioning)

- is a contactor used on motor site? (No, Contactor only install before the frequency))

- is there a short circuit, earth fault on Motor site? (No)

- are the motor cable (length) within limit (No)

Thank for your advice.

We more or less confirmed is the Frequency issue.

As now the MM430 frequency was not allow to change the parameter even we set to the higher level to level 4.

Only possible to access and change the parameter by using laptop from Siemens engineer.

However, the problem still not resolve.

Now, we leave the good hand to Siemens engineer to investigate in house trouble-shoot.

- is motID done well? If not do it manualy.

- is a contactor used on motor site?

- is there a short circuit, earth fault on Motor site?

- are the motor cable (length) within limit?
