jjpii Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I have been told there is a "Automation License Manager V6.0, SP9, Upd 4. When it is installed, inside the program it STILL says Upd 3! One has to look in Windows 'APPS' to see that it says Update 4. They didn't want to fix their mistake with another release. If they'd mentioned this little 'mistake', it could have saved me hours! Jeez.

Willybong Silver Member Joined: 2/11/2015 Last visit: 12/18/2025 Posts: 515 Rating: (36)	Hi, Problem Solved, thanks SIEMENS support: My issue: With ALM v6.0 SP12 Upd3 and Windows 10 and Project WinCC v7.5 SP2 >> the button UPGRADE of the license DO ANYTHING. The license couldn't be updated. Solution: Uninstall ALM v6.0 >> Restart Computer >> Install ALM v6.2 Now the UPGRADE license button works fine.
