S110 load to PG error

allemel Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I connect the cu305pn and load current configuration to PG but i get an error: "The status of the connection does not permit the requested action. Check whether other applications are online! (ret = 0xbe0b006b)" I think there is no connection error but i get this error. Please help to fix that.

allemel Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Software version 4.3.3.0 and connecting device via com port. and additional to this the link1,act1, link2 and act2 lights are on and i can not connect to device via tcp/ip. And i find out now there is a warning image on commisioning interfaces window near PC/PG interface change icon
